What is an IBO?

Independent business owner. An IBO registers their call center on the Arise Technology Platform and hires remote agents to provide customer support to various clients.

What is a Virtual Call Center?

A virtual call center involves representatives who answer and monitor calls from their home office instead of being in the same geographical location as each other, or as the business. This type of business can be started quickly and relatively inexpensively, and it has the potential to produce significant levels of income. What are the Requirements to Become an IBO?

All business owners must be at least 18 years of age, a citizen of the United States and must NOT reside in any of the following states. California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin. 

How Does my Call-Center Get Paid?

When operating a virtual call-center, there are several ways to generate revenue for your business. Company service fees, Invoice fees, fines, & affiliate marketing are just a few ways for your company to earn revenue. This information will be outlined in the first session.

Do I need a registered Business and EIN Prior to IBO Training Registration?

No. You can register for IBO training at any time. On the registration form when asked for your business name, enter "NOT REGISTERED". Once you complete your payment, one of our associates will follow up to start the process.

When I Hire Agents, Where are They Located?

IBO's can hire agents to work from their home office anywhere in the United States except California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin. All agents must meet Arise's equipment standards. Computer, phone, and headsets. 

What is the First Thing I Need to do?

  1. Choose a name for your business

  2. Please note that the company name must match on both the Articles of Incorporation and the IRS document. Make sure you are including the suffix of either – Corp., Inc., LLC, or PC and remember that DBA, Non-Profit, Sole-Proprietorship are NOT accepted to Arise platform.

  3. Go to your official Secretary of State website to register your business.

Can I Have a Business Partner?

​Sure, you can have a business partner. Having a partner allows you to grow your call-center faster and split the financial responsibility; it's especially helpful if you work a full-time job. 

How do I Register My Business On The Arise Platform?

After you've received your business registration paperwork and EIN, it's time to register your business on the Arise Platform. Click here to create a profile.


When you get to the “Additional Information” Section, you will be asked    

1.       Were you referred to Arise by an independent business owner select “YES”?   

2.       Enter referring Client Support Professional (CSP) ID 1279939   

3.       Referring ACP Loresha Lance   

4.       How did you hear about Arise? Select OTHER from the drop-down you must specify M.J. Staffing Solutions, LLC.

5.       Submit call center information.

Arise Doesn't Recognize my EIN Number.

If your company recently obtained a FEIN/TIN/EIN, it is our experience that it can take up to 14 business days for the IRS to update the database utilized for corporate validation purposes. Arise may not immediately recognize you EIN, and this can delay your registration. 

My Business is Registered on the Arise Platform, Now What?

How do I Sign up for IBO Training?

First, select a date for the class you would like to attend using the calendar below. Select the class you want to attend and enter your information to sign up. Once you've registered, continue to the payment link to complete the payment of $249. All payments are due at least 24 hours before class starts.

Can I run my Business While Having a Full-Time Job?

Of course, you can. This is why our IBO Training includes live training plus the online version gives you the flexibility to learn how to manage your business at your own pace. You can operate your business from anywhere at any time. That's the beauty of having a home-based business. However, like any other business, it takes time and dedication to become successful. 

How do I Attend the Online Classroom?

Use the calendar below to select a date and class time. You'll receive a link with instructions on how to join our online class from a laptop or desktop up to 15 minutes before class starts. 

You can cancel your seat and request a refund up to 48 hours prior to the class start.

What if I Don't See a Class That Fits my Schedule?

If you do not see a class time that fits your schedule send an email to request a private session to Please include at least two available dates and times that you'll be available and someone will follow up with you to confirm. You can also purchase the IBO Training Download and learn at your own pace.

Can I earn extra revenue by providing customer support while growing my business?

Yes. All IBO's have the option to book cruises, provide sales or technical support for any client to earn extra revenue while growing their business. You can also earn extra revenue by signing up as an affiliate for IBO Training.

What if I am Already an IBO With Arise but I Need Help Building a Successful Company?

As an Award-Winning Call Center, we'll provide your business with our unique tips and action plans, which helped us to grow into a successful call center business using the Arise Network. We offer free mass marketing strategies and tips when qualifying new agents.  We provide a 24/ support group, free IBO Training videos, and content. You'll even learn how to understand client invoices and how each agent gets paid, bonuses, incentives, metrics, and the Arise incentive star program.

​What if I am Already a CSP Under Another Company, but I Want to Start my own IBO?

​Becoming an IBO will not affect an active SOW. It will just transfer to your business. You will be able to start hiring immediately after registering your business. You do not need permission to leave your current IBO. However, as a courtesy, I advise you to contact your current IBO before registering your business to make them aware of your plans.

What if I don't Need Everything Your Class Offers?

We understand some business owners may require more training than others. We will focus on each IBO's needs, plus our IBO Training downloadable version offers lectures that maybe only relevant to your business's progress.
